（十二）健全激励机制。各级教育部门、各级科协应建立完善高校科普工作评价标准，加强对高校科普工作成效的评价，对成效显著的高校进行宣传推广。高校应将科技人员和教师的科普工作、科普成果纳入业绩考核范畴；将指导学生科普实践、参与中小学科学教育工作纳入教学工作量；学生科普活动认定相应社会实践学分或科普学分，科普志愿服务时间计入志愿服务时长；对在科普工作中作出突出贡献的组织和个人，按照国家有关规定给予表彰奖励。
